Little Canada Planning Commission <br />9 December 1986 <br />Page Four <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is our recommendation that the CUP for accessory retail sales not be granted. <br />The principal reason is a review criterion of conditional use permit review <br />procedure that, the proposed site is or will be compatible with present and future <br />land uses of the area ". The retail use on the site could potentially dominate the <br />operation.
