LICHT: <br />Midwest Planning <br />& Research, Inc. <br />Self- service gas pumps at Brooks Superette on Rice St. <br />Discount gas - parking about 60 feet from front of <br />store with 7 spaces for cars. Cement driveways and <br />the Goodwill box would be removed. <br />Jack Radford made a motion to table the request for <br />self- service gas for further study. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />Carried. <br />Mr. Carlson to confer with Mr. Licht. <br />Mr. Licht gave a resume of the contract and also the <br />Metro Planning Grant. <br />Dr. Keenan made a motion to approve the budget. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Carried <br />Discussion followed. <br />EUGENE FASCIANA: Would like to build another office on County Rd. C <br />Spruce Development next to Pool Side. Land bought from Larry LaBore. <br />Tom Peterson Land is 15,750 square feet. Parking space for 18 <br />cars. <br />Dick Boss made a motion to rezone the land from <br />R -1 to B -1. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Carried. <br />Jack Radford made a motion to have a Plat Plan on <br />County Rd.
