PAUL, MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting <br />Planning Couauission - City of Little Canada <br />November 3, 1977 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Col ission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of November, 1977 at 8:00 p.m. at <br />515 E. Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Dr. Tom Keenan, Ralph Nardini, <br />Margret Mitchell, Peter Costa, Virginia Fisher, Gene DeLonais, Earl <br />Rossez, Joe Vitale, Jr., Jack Radford and Dennis Ryan. <br />The following members were absent: Dick Boss III. <br />Minutes from the October meeting were approved as read. <br />LEE & GORDON HAUGEN: <br />Build mini storage rental <br />units on the Naegeli <br />property on Co. Rd. B <br />BROOKS SUPERETTE: <br />Property zoned light industry, area 4.16 acres. <br />(See attached copy of letter from Jack Welch) <br />About the same as the mini building on Hwy. 61. <br />Naegeli has sold the property and leases'the <br />land for the signs. <br />Rental areas vary in size and cost. Buildings <br />300 feet long. 342 storage units. Will be <br />blacktopped and landscaped. <br />Motion made by Ralph Nardini and seconded <br />by Earl Rossez to accept the plans as <br />presented. <br />Carried. <br />Virginia Fisher made a motion that the Planning <br />Commission recommends to the Council to deny <br />the gas pump at Brooks Superette on Rice St. <br />on the basis that the parking facilities are <br />inadequate in ratio to the square footage of <br />the present building. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonais. <br />Carried. <br />13 <br />
