(See attached <br />letters) According to Laws of Minnesota for 1974, Chapter 435, <br />Section 1.0211, <br />"In Ramsey County one or more governmental subdivisions may petition <br />the County for repair or improvement of a County ditch located in the <br />subdivision." (2 copy of complete law attached) <br />The Chapter 435 procedure has been followed recently for the improve- <br />ment of County Ditch No. 17 in Maplewood.
