MINN. 56117 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />December 1, 1977 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 1st day of December, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Joe Vitale, Jr., Peter Costa, <br />Virginia Fisher, Margret Mitchell, Earl Rossez, Gene Delonais, Dennis <br />Ryan, Dr. Keenan and Dick Boss III. <br />The following members were absent: Jack Radford and Ralph Nardini. <br />The minutes for the November meeting were approved as read. <br />MINI STORAGE GARAGE: <br />Little Canada Rd. West <br />Julian Johnson <br />Buildings will be concrete block. Zoned <br />general business. Building will be 571 feet. <br />Will be used as storage with a manager living <br />there. Parking for 3 cars and landscaped. <br />Virginia Fisher made a motion to table until <br />further study. <br />Seconded by Pete Costa. <br />Carried. <br />Joe Vitale abstained. <br />DR MARK HOLMES: Would like to have rezoned from R1 to <br />Rezoning on Co. Rd. C limited business B -1. <br />Dr. Holmes has been before the Planning <br />Commission before and the Council told <br />Dr. Holmes that the Planning Commission <br />should plan the future development on <br />County Road C before the January meeting. <br />Dick Boss would like the long range plan <br />on County Road C on the agenda for Dec. 13. <br />Gene Delonais made a motion to have the <br />Planning Commission have a copy of the zoning <br />map of Little Canada. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />00012 <br />
