November 3, 1977 <br />City Council <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />St. Paul, MN 55117 <br />RE: 24" Watermain from St. Paul Waterworks <br />to Roselawn Avenue <br />Gentlemen: <br />Mr. Elmer Huset, General Manager, Board of Water Commissioners, <br />City of St. Paul, Minnesota, has estimated that it will cost <br />$55,000.00 for them to design and construct the 24" watermain from <br />Roselawn Avenue south to the St. Paul reservoir. The water utility <br />will design and construct this portion of the project. They would <br />like to have the City of Little Canada respond in writing and <br />request that the St. Paul Water Utility do this work. Also, <br />this letter should state that the City of Little Canada will <br />pay the City of St. Paul Water Utility for the cost of this work <br />which is estimated at $55,000.00. <br />JJK:bj <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNER W.
