It is our understanding that we will be <br />assessed per lot, per foot, for a period of 25 years with the option <br />to pay assessments as lots are sold. We would also like a guarantee <br />that if city water is not available at the time homes are completed, <br />the City of Little Canada will provide temporary water service as <br />needed. <br />It is imperative that our project be given top priority, because our <br />intention is to start building as soon as the plat has been filed. <br />Also, it is our understanding that with the city contracting for the <br />above work, we can proceed immediately with home construction on this <br />project. <br />Sincer <br />RO <br />WE II No C <br />�% <br />eV <br />obert 0.
