PAUL, MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada, <br />June 2, 1977 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 2nd day of June, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Jack Radford, Eugene DeLonais, <br />Earl Rossez, Virginia Fisher, Peter Costa, Ralph Nardini, Joseph <br />Vitale, Jr., Richard Boss III, Dr. Tom Keenan, Dennis Ryan. <br />The following members were absent: Margret Mitchell. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. <br />EVAR Mr. Peterson presented a map of land intention asking the <br />PETERSON County to buy property fdr open space and submit to City <br />on advice of the County. Four and one half acres are <br />buildable. <br />Joseph Vitale made a motion that we table this for further <br />study. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Earl Rossez was asked to check project to find out assesse- <br />ments. <br />Carried. <br />RALPH Mr. Nadeau proposes two buildings for Knox Lumber Company, <br />NADEAU one for storage and one to use for manufacturing. Buildings <br />will be complete and can be locked. One building will be <br />100 x 400 the other will be 80 x 200 and will be heated. <br />A motion was made by Virginia Fisher to have a represent- <br />ative from Knox Lumber appear before the Planning Commission <br />with a letter of intent and specify what the building will <br />be used for, plus a sprinkler system. <br />Seconded by Richard Boss III. <br />Carried. <br />MIKE Attorney for concerned citizens gave reasons for rezoning. <br />FAHEY <br />Richard Boss III made a motion we recommend the Council <br />that parcels 53- 0060 - 020 -60 and 53- 0060 - 050 -60 shown on <br />the map be rezoned to R1. <br />Seconed by Jack Radford. <br />In favor of - 5 <br />Opposed 5 Motion was lost. <br />00.11 <br />
