"C" <br />IMPROVEMENT: Sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer & <br />street construction. <br />INITIATION: Petition and Council action. <br />STATUS OF PLANS: None. <br />EASEMENTS: It shall be necessary to purchase additional <br />right -of -way over the East 30 feet of Block <br />2, North Park. <br />FEASIBILITY: This improvement is feasible. <br />REMARKS: <br />It will be necessary to fill in a part of the <br />existing pond as a part of this improvement. <br />Any additional fill into private property <br />shall be the Owner's responsibility. The costs <br />included in this report doe not include additional <br />storm sewer needed if the site is filled in. <br />The area West of Park Street is now zoned for <br />Commercial use, therefore the increased cost <br />includes`a 9 ton road.
