3. Funding of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau <br />by the parties to this Agreement shall be contingent upon the Board of <br />Directors of the Bureau including one member appointed by each of the <br />M <br />parties to this Agreement. <br />4. Parties to this agreement may withdraw from participation by <br />notifying the Board of Directors of their intent by July 31st of the calendar <br />year immediately preceeding the fiscal year in which they will no longer <br />be participating. <br />Parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by <br />their respective duly authorized officers on the dates set forth hereafter. <br />0064 <br />
