Pre -cast panel building. <br />Ralph Nardini made a motion to accept plans as pre- <br />sented - pending proper zoning from Residential to <br />Light Industrial. <br />Seconded by Dennis Ryan. <br />Motion carried. <br />Special use permit requested to rent out lower level of <br />home. Home too expensive to maintain. Former beauty <br />salon with separate utilities. <br />Joseph Vitale made a motion to recommend to the Council <br />they grant Mr. Costa a special use permit pending <br />notification of neighbors. <br />Seconded by Mr. Nardini. <br />Carried. <br />Wishes to dedicate road 3 blocks long to the City of <br />Little Canada - extension of Woodlyn Ave. Plot plan. <br />Dennis Ryan made a motion to accept the plot plan. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini <br />Carried. <br />Realtor representing the Kleins. Rezoning 18.63 acres <br />from R1 to Light Industrial. Residents all opposed to <br />rezoning.
