MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 11, 2006 <br />PursuanC to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of <br />January 11,2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-I-7-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE DECEMBER I4, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CERTIFICATES Mayor Blesener presented Certificates of Appointment to Clara <br />OF Neis, Parks & Recreation Commission, Pam Davis, Parks & <br />APPOINTMENT Recreation Commission, and Michael McGraw, Planning Commission. <br />2006 Blesener congratulated these new Commissioners on their appointments <br /> and thanked them for their willingness to serve. <br />PAWN Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the renewal of <br />BROKERS & the following licenses: <br />SECOND Pawn Brokers License <br />HAND GOODS Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry, 2750 Rice Street <br />DEALERS Second Hand Goods Dealers License <br />LICENSES Lincoln Pawn & Jewehy, 2750 Rice Street <br />
