MINN. 55119 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />February 3, 1977 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of February, 1977 at 8:00 P.M. at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Joseph Vitali, Jr., Jack Radford, <br />Peter Costa, Virginia Fisher, Margret Mitchell, Earl Rossez, Dennis <br />Ryan, and Eugene DeLonais. <br />The following members were absent: Eugene Fasciana, Ralph Nardini, <br />Richard Boss III. <br />Minnutes of the previous meeting were approved. <br />Nomination of officers: <br />Motion was made and seconded: Chairman Peter Costa <br />Secretary Margret Mitchell <br />Vic Chairman Earl Rossez <br />Motions Closed and carried. <br />JOHN PELTON • A special use permit for a T V repair shop was requested. <br />2915 Edgerton The building would be 24 x 30 addition to the present <br />building. A small sign would be the only advertising. <br />There would be no new TV sales, just used. <br />Mr. Pelton has received an approval from the neighbors. <br />A motion was made by Joseph Vitali to grant John and <br />Howard Pelton a special use permit with the following <br />specifications. <br />1. Repair and sales of used TV and radio. <br />2. Sign to be 20 x 20 that hangs. <br />3. Building to be as shown on plot plan and sketch. <br />4. Building must meet codes for residential. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford, <br />Carried. <br />MACCO PAINT The Macco Paint Shop will be located on Country Drive <br />SHOP and Spruce Street next to Knox Lumber Company. Macco <br />will buy .8 of an acre on the western side of the lot. <br />The building will be 7400 square feet in area. The <br />same building plans as previously asked for. Pole sign <br />will be 100 square feet. <br />A motion was made by Eugene DeLonais to accept Macco <br />Paint Company plans as presented <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez, <br />Carried <br />
