As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Lametti & Sons, Inc. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $135,478.00. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $6,773.90, the amount due the Contractor is $128,704.10. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for mobilization, cleaning of the existing 48" RCP <br />line, and abandonment of a portion of the 48" RCP sanitary line. We have inspected the <br />work performed by Lametti & Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
