CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF <br />A STREET EASEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Little <br />Canada at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City on the 27th day of <br />March, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. to hear all persons present upon the proposed vacation of a street <br />easement as described below: <br />STREET EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION <br />The East thirty -three (E 33) feet of that part of the West one -half (W %z) of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 4, Town 29, Range 22 <br />lying Northerly of Labore Road, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County. <br />Dated this 13th day of February, 2013. <br />Hanson, City Administrator <br />Published in the Roseville /Little Canada Review on March 12 and 19, 2013. <br />1 <br />
