PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />LITTLE CANADA. MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />October 5, 1978 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />was held on the 5th day of October, 1978 at 8 :00 p.m. at 515 E. Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Peter Costa, Earl Rossez, Mike Fahey, <br />Dick Boss, Jack Radford, Dr. Tom Keenan, Ralph Nardini, Virginia Fisher, <br />Gene DeLonais, Frank Winiecki and Joe Vitale. <br />GERVAIS SHORES <br />2nd Addition <br />WM STENGER: <br />Mr. Robert Tansey and Mr. Bruce A. Foley appeared. <br />The preliminary plat for Gervais Shores 2nd Addition <br />was presented showing 10 lots. <br />Mike Fahey moved to recommend approval of the <br />preliminary plat contingent upon review and comment <br />by the City Engineer and review of the outlot issue <br />by the City Attorney and contingent upon proper <br />grading of lots 1, 2 & 3 in accordance with the <br />Engineer's recommendations. <br />Seconded by,Ralph Nardini. <br />Carried 10 -0. <br />Mr. William Stenger presented a preliminary floor plan <br />for a proposed building on Park Ave. off of Rice Street. <br />Mr. Radford made a motion to refer the plan to Midwest <br />Planning for their recommendations. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonais <br />Carried 10 -0. <br />R & S AUTO Louis Rustad appeared and presented a sketch of a proposei <br />pole building. <br />A motion was made by Virginia Fisher to accept his conce <br />and recommend approval of concept to the City Council. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />Carried 10 -0. <br />
