Toward that end, <br />you are cordially invited to a meeting at the North St. Paul City <br />Hall, 2526 E. 7th Avenue, on Thursday, October 19, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. <br />In past years these meetings have provided a good opportunity for <br />me to discuss with you issues relating to your community and the <br />Metropolitan Council. I feel these meetings have played an important <br />role in keeping lines of communication open between local governments <br />and the Metropolitan Council. <br />Representatives of several communities in the North St. Paul area <br />are being invited to the meeting. Mayor Jack Whisler has generously <br />agreed to serve as our host. <br />I hope that you will be able to attend.
