We are listing herewith specific <br />items most of which have been given to you verbally but which you <br />appear to be ignoring. <br />1. Trespassing on private property and destroying property corners. <br />The replacing of these corners will be charged to you. <br />2 Dirt, rocks and other debris has not been cleaned from <br />private property. <br />3. Boulevards have not'been <br />4. Scraping and breaking of tree limbs along the operation <br />must stop. <br />5. Material being broughtin (a pay item) without authority of the <br />Engineer will not be paid for. This holds true for Class II <br />and pitrun material. <br />6. Trees and shrubbery in Southern Slopes Addition must be removed. <br />7. Streets in Southern Slopes Addition must be graded before <br />any further utility work takes place. <br />8. Conductivity test must be made before bituminous overlay is <br />installed. <br />raked as work progresses. <br />9.
