Street Sweeping <br />As a part of dust control, all undisturbed paving shall <br />be swept regularly until repaving is complete. <br />3. Compaction <br />Compaction is not being achieved <br />4. Restoration <br />as specified. <br />General restoration is too far behind construction.. <br />5. Testing <br />Pressure testing is too far behind construction. <br />6. Class 2 Gravel <br />It is our opinion that a substantial amount of gravel is <br />being wasted, because no effort is made to excavate and <br />pile it separately.
