Licht
Subject: Little Canada Comprehensive Plan - District 22
Dear Mr. Licht:
I attended the meeting held on August 2, 1978. I
listened to the discussion and reviewed the Plan as it pertains
to the residential area in which I reside, viz., District 22.
When I left the meeting you were still discussing
District 10 so I had no chance to voice any objections regarding.
District 22.
I am writing this letter to go on . record as being very
much opposed to the "Medium Density" classification given to the
area west of Edgerton and south of Little Canada Road. My reasons
are many, but an examination of this area should reveal that it is
presently composed of single family residences only. It is one of
the few areas containing any wildlife cover and natural ponding..
Any zoning other than Low Density would eventually ruin
this area's natural habitat and high quality environment it still
has.
cc:
City Clerk
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
St. Paul, MN 55117
V*ri truly yours,
( 7 _
Thomas J .
