Auto Repair Service. <br />Mike Fahey moved to approve preliminary plat provided <br />that proposed subdivision meets side lot setback <br />requirements. <br />Seconded by Frank Wineicki. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Art Ryan appeared requesting approval of a final plat <br />for Ryan Industrial Park and approval for building <br />permits. <br />Mr. Donald Saldo appeared and opposed approval of plat <br />and building permits on basis that drainage would run <br />into lake Gervais. He opposes all construction in <br />Little Canada which might affect run -off into Gervais. <br />Motions were made by Dr. Tom Keenan to Table the <br />concept pending final approval of plat, and pending <br />final approval by Planner. <br />Seconded by Mike Fahey. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Doug Johnston of J & J Management Co. appeared, request- <br />ing approval of plans for construction of 2 - 8 stall <br />garages, each 84' x 22'. <br />Tom Keenan moved to approve the concept of this plan <br />subject to review of final building and landscaping <br />plans. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Virginia Fisher moved to postpone this issue. <br />Seconded by Gene DeLonais. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Tom Duray appeared requesting approval of building permit <br />for construction of addition to Hoggsbreath Disco. <br />Mike Fahey moved that concept be approved provided that <br />parking lot be blacktopped and striped prior to or <br />simultaneously with construction of addition, that lot <br />exit nearest Rice St. on Demont be closed, that office <br />and Kitchen area not be used in the future for expand- <br />ing seating capacity, and that bathroom areas meet fire <br />code requirements. <br />
