Nadeau, Jr. <br />It has come to oUr attention that you are renting the property <br />at 2929 Country Drive to three gentlemen, and these gentlemen appear <br />to be remodeling cars and operating a business. <br />The property is zoned general business. To operate a business <br />you must be licensed. <br />We also were informed that one of the gentlemen works for an <br />auto dealer in White Bear and is bringing some of these cars home <br />and parking them either on the property or on the street until the <br />repairs have been completed.
