Schultz <br />2811 Centerville Rd. <br />St. Paul, MN 55117 <br />February 28, 1978 <br />Little Canada Council <br />Little Canada Park Commission <br />515 Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Please accept this letter as my application as a candidate <br />for the position open on the Little Canada Park Commission. <br />I have been a resident of this community for 23 years and <br />have always been active and interested in the promotion, pres- <br />ervation and dedication of the land and resources for public use. <br />I have from time <br />service affairs, have <br />now give more time to <br />both to me personally <br />Ramsey County. <br />to time, been active in many civic and <br />a great affection for our area and can <br />a concern that has always been important <br />and to our polictical sub - division in <br />My business activity, as a law office manager, allows me <br />reasonable access to governing agencies and to data that <br />may provide grant infoLmation, research sources, etc. for use <br />in the continuing development of the Park Commission. <br />More than this interest however, we all recognize our <br />area has filled up and grown so fast in recent years that the <br />open spaces, formerly available to those of us interested in <br />sharing nature's wonders with children or peers, has greatly <br />diminished.
