ORDINANCE N0. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIM LITTLE CANADA CODE SECTION 911.010 BY CIARIFTING SUBSECTION (a) AND ADDIAG SUBSECTION (h) RELATING TO THE SET BACK REQUIREMENTS FOR GARAGES AID OTC NON - PRINCIPAL BUIIDTNGS OR STRUCTURES. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA DOES HERESY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Little Canada is hereby amended by clarifying Subsection (a) and adding Subsection (h) relating to the set back requirements for garages and other non - principal buildings or structures, to read as follows: "911.010. R -1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. (a) In an R -1 District any principal structure or principal building not intended for dwelling from any hall not be located closer than fifty (50) feet line of another lot used or intended for use as • single family residence.
