Squires, Building Inspector <br />RE: Setback encroachment, Ryan Ind, Park <br />I was requested to check a possible setback encrouhment of <br />one of the buildings in Ryans Industrial Park. I have <br />attached a sketch of the building and approximate setbacks. <br />A 40 foot setback was required. Whoever staked the buidling <br />evidently used one curb line stake as a property stake and <br />thus the mistake. <br />Setback mistakes are not conwnon but are made at times. The <br />only way to minimize these mistakes would be to require <br />that all structures be staked or located by a registered <br />surveyer and this would be an added cost. <br />Very truly yours, <br />-,i ::Iii/ <br />S.
