The proposed addition would be attached to the west end of the <br />present building and be of the same dimensional width. The site in question <br />is located in a light industrial zone district with some residential land use <br />across the street. <br />ISSUES <br />Does the proposed construction comply with the Little Canada Zoning Code? <br />Is there any conflict with the land use across the street, though zoned I -1? <br />Does the proposed expansion comply with the Comprehensive Plan? <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />1. We find the proposed expansion to be in compliance with the zoning code <br />inforce as of this date. <br />2. A question might arise as to the set -back requirements as part of the property <br />frorits a residential land use; however, it is our interpretation by definition <br />that the residential land use is non - conforming within the light industrial <br />district.
