-- SECOND DRAFT -- <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND FEES FOR REZONING APPLICATIONS, <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS, VARIANCE, APPEALS, AND SUBDIVISIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Little <br />Canada vests in the Little Canada City Council the authority to establish procedures <br />and fees for Rezoning Applications, Conditional Use Permits, Variance and Subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada as follows: <br />PROCEDURE <br />1. An applicant contacts the City Clerk, discusses his requests and completes request <br />form. <br />2. The applicant pays the base fee ($100.00) and makes a cash deposit, to be held in <br />escrow, and charged against the time and materials necessary for processing the <br />request. The following additional deposits will be charged: <br />a. Rezoning $250.00 <br />b. Conditional Use Permit -0- <br />c. Variance - Single Family <br />Residential Property -0- <br />d. Variance - Other Residential and <br />Commercial Industrial 100.00 <br />e. Appeal -0- <br />f. Subdivision Plat 200.00 <br />g. Building Permit (Site Plan Review) -0- <br />3. The applicant's request is processed according to procedure established by governing <br />ordinances and administrative policies of the City. <br />4. If difficulties are encountered in the review and evaluation of the request as a <br />consequence of lack of information, unexpected site problems and questions, etc. <br />and the escrow deposit is exceeded, all processing of the request will be halted <br />until another estimate for completion is determined and deposit made. <br />5. Following the City Council's decision on the request, the City Clerk will notify <br />the applicant of the outcome and refund any portion of the escrow deposit remaining <br />or bill the applicant for any balance due. All fees and deferred assessments shall be <br />paid prior to the issuing of building permits. <br />FEB 23 1978 <br />CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />
