It included a <br />provision that the City would participate in the project <br />by making a payment for culverts, catch basins and manholes. <br />I believe that it is in the interest of all parties con- <br />cerned that this project be under construction as soon <br />as possible; therefore, I am submitting a plan and cost <br />estimate for your approval. <br />We request that Ramsey County be given credit for the work <br />involved in this project when future storm sewer assessments <br />are levied for this watershed district. <br />enneth E.
