Not just develoning Spooner Park but work with the <br />community to develop donated land into neighborhood parks. <br />All children and adults cantt take advantage of Spooner <br />Park and its the responsibility of the city Park. Board to <br />nrovjde and plan other facilities. <br />live had four years of traininz with classes at tdir U of 11 <br />for developing envirnoments where children can grow, learn <br />and develop and T think my Isnewledse in this area will he <br />a benefit to the community. <br />Ye have resided in Tittle Canada for 5; years -crier to that <br />we've lived in St. Paul and St. Cloud, Mn.
