Thomas Osthoff <br />Land Records <br />We are happy to announce that Ramsey County has just <br />completed the installation of a Computer Assisted Property <br />Appraisal System to be used to produce the estimated market <br />value on all single- family residential property in the county. <br />We are tremendously excited about what this system can do <br />for Ramsey County taxpayers. So much so that we have prepared <br />a slide presentation which tells the story in a very interest- <br />ing and instructive manner. We request the opportunity to make <br />this presentation to the public officials and other interested <br />taxpayers in your municipality. <br />This presentation will be made by representatives of the <br />Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation. A question and <br />answer period will be provided and we will welcome the oppor- <br />tunity to answer your questions about the system and /or about <br />the property tax in general as it pertains to Ramsey County. <br />We would like to schedule a time convenient to you between <br />March 1st and May 1st. We will be available during working <br />hours or in the evening, the choice is yours.
