100% PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />We, the undersigned, being the owners of all of the real property <br />abutting upon the following streets between the points indicated, to wit: <br />Arcade Street and LaBore Road, Windwood Drive and Westwind Drive <br />hereby petition and request that the Village Council of the City of <br />Little Canada <br />, Minnesota, construct Water Mains • <br />along the above described streets between the points indicated, and further <br />petition and request that the said Council assess the entire cost of said <br />improvements against our property abutting said improvement, based on benefits <br />received, without regard to cash valuation. <br />We further waive any right to a public hearing on said improvements <br />held in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429_031. <br />Signatures of Owners i <br />Address <br />1.
