The applicant's request is processed according to procedure established by <br />governing ordinances and administrative policies of the City. <br />4. If difficulties are encountered in the review and evaluation of the request as <br />a consequence of lack of information, unexpected site problems and questions, <br />etc. and the escrow deposit is exceeded, all processing of the request will be <br />halted until another estimate for completion is determined and deposit made. <br />5. Following the City Council's decision on the request, the City Clerk will <br />notify the applicant of the outcome and refund any portion of the escrow <br />deposit remaining or bill the applicant for any balance due. All fees shall <br />be paid prior to the issuing of building permits. <br />We are available to review and discuss this proposed amendment with you at one of <br />your forthcoming meetings.
