Snelling Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />612 — 6362631 <br />Mayor Donald Valento <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, i'?;. 55117 <br />"Providing Counselling to Youth and their <br />Families who reside in Northwest Suburban <br />Ramsey County" <br />December 28, 1977 <br />Dear Mayor Valenta: <br />The Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau is in the <br />process of confirming its Board of Directors for 1978 -79. <br />In so doing, we are asking each of our participatory communities <br />to either reconfirm or appoint a new council representative to our <br />Board of Directors. <br />As a member of the Board, the council representative will <br />participate in the policy - making decisions of our organization. <br />In addition, they serve on the Financial Conuaittee, made up solely <br />of council appointees, which has the budget Betting authority for the <br />Bureau. <br />The council appointees have been key persons on our Board. We <br />have sincerely appreciated their participation and expertise in guiding <br />our direction. <br />Mr. Roger Runyon was appointed by your council to serve as your <br />representative. His term of office expires 12/31/77.
