The policy describes the locations <br />where the County will normally furnish energy costs for <br />warranted lights (designated Al through B7 in the policy). <br />Enclosed is a copy of our letter to the Northern States <br />Power Company requesting discontinuation of service <br />effective January 1, 1979, to the road lights not covered <br />by the policy. <br />A copy of the inventory of street lights in your munici- <br />pality is enclosed, also. The discontinued lights are <br />indicated on the street light inventory by a circle of <br />the identification number. <br />'Kenneth E. Weltzin; P.
