ROBERT ITREET/ <br />/RIAT PAUL Mil 55101 <br />612 222.8423 <br />November 1, 1978 <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />City Clerk <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55117 <br />Subject: Interceptor Maintenance Agreement for 1979 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />We wish to renew for another year Interceptor Maintenance <br />Agreement No. 127 under the same general terms and <br />conditions contained in the Agreement now in force between <br />the City of Little Canada and the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission with the exception of Section 6.02 Cost Estimates; <br />Payments. We would like to amend this section to read: <br />"Section 6.02 Cost Estimates; Payments." The <br />parties estimated that the total amount of costs which the <br />Commission will be required to pay the Municipality for <br />performance of this Agreement in 1979 will be $14,000.00. <br />Such amount shall be paid in twelve monthly installments <br />as an advance payment of such costs. On or before February 1, 1980 <br />the Municipality will submit to the Commission a detailed <br />statement of the actual costs incurred by the Municipality which <br />the board is required to pay in accordance with Section 6.01, <br />and will remit to the Commission any amount paid to the Munici- <br />pality which is in excess of such actual costs. If the total <br />of the monthly advances paid by the board is less than the <br />actual amount of such costs, the Commission shall pay to the <br />Municipality on or before March 1, 1980 an amount equal to the <br />difference between the actual costs and the monthly advances <br />previously paid. The Municipality shall keep detailed records <br />supporting all costs of the types specified in Section 6.01 which <br />it expects the Commission to pay, and shall make the same <br />available to the Commission on request. <br />0045 <br />
