ft BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this <br />EIGHTH RIDER <br />TO <br />AGREEMENT <br />day of , 19, by and <br />between the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal cor- <br />poration under Laws of Minnesota, hereinafter known as "Board ", and the CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter known as "City ", <br />being an eighth rider to that certain Agreement made by and between said Board and <br />said City the 13th day of July, 1966, and by this reference incorporated herein and <br />made part hereof with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Agreement were <br />set forth herein, verbatim. <br />WHEREAS, The Board is the owner in fee, of a 100 foot wide right -of -way, within <br />and upon which there exists two ninety (90) inch diameter water supply conduits and <br />is owner of a adjacent and parallel right -of -way easement which varies in width from <br />60 to 85 feet, which ownership is described as: <br />A 100 foot wide fee title right -of -way and an adjacent and parallel <br />60 foot, 70 foot, and 85 foot wide strip of easement right -of -way in <br />Section 31, Township 30 North, Range 22 West and Sections 5, 6, 7 <br />and 8, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey County. <br />WHEREAS, The City desires the public use of said Board right -of -way as a corridor <br />for snowmobile recreational purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the City consistant <br />with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board, now therefore <br />BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements of the <br />parties hereto, that said Board grants to the City permission for "limited use" upon <br />the above described right -of -way for public snowmobile recreational purposes. <br />0 0 6 e' <br />
