(Anoka and Ramsey-Counties <br />Route Ridership. inorovement Projects) <br />On iovem5er 4, 1974, the Transit Operating Division implemented St. Paul <br />Route ft35F from Blaine to. the St. Paul Central Business District (CBD) <br />as shown on Exhibit 1. <br />This service provides two (2) morning and two (2) afternoon express bus <br />trips from the Northtew:i Shopping Center through Moundsview, New Brighton, <br />Arden Hills, and Shoreview and then non -stop via I -694 and I -35E to the. <br />St. Paul Central Business Dist....at (C80). This service implementation • <br />was a reco;nrend^_tion of the Anoka and Ramsey Counties Route Ridership Im- <br />prove;.ent. Projects. <br />The cost of this implementation was approximately $145.00 per day. After <br />six (6) months, the service had reached about 115 passengers per day with <br />revenue cf approxiFiately $53.00.
