AGREEMENT FOR REMOVAL OF TREES AND STUMPS <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this _ day of October, 1975, by and between <br />Anishinabe Enterprises, Inc. (a corporation organized <br />and existing under the Laws of the State of Minnesota), <br />hereinafter called the "Contractor ", <br />and <br />The City of Little Canada, <br />WITNESSETH, that the Contractor and the City of Little Canada, for <br />the considerations stated herein, mutually agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE I. <br />Statement of Work <br />The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, <br />materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services, and perform and complete all <br />work required for the removal of trees and stumps in an effecient and workmanlike <br />manner, all in strict accordance with the Contract Documents for removal of trees <br />and stumps, including all Addenda thereto numbered <br />dated <br />City of Little Canada. <br />and , and <br />and , all as prepared by the <br />ARTICLE II. <br />The Contract Price <br />The City of Little Canada will pay the Contractor for performance of the <br />Contract, in current funds, as provided in the Bid Proposal Form. <br />ARTICLE III. <br />Notice to Contractor <br />The City of Little Canada will notify the Contractor, on the date of <br />expiration of the statutory 20 day notice period, when any property owner has not <br />complied with removal notices. <br />ARTICLE IV, <br />Contract <br />This Agreement, designated Contract for Removal of Trees and Stumps, shall <br />consist of the following executed documents: <br />a) This Agreement <br />b) Attached Addenda <br />c) Invitation for Bids <br />d) Instructions to Bidders <br />e) Signed Copy of Bid <br />f) Specifications <br />g) Technical Specifications <br />h) Drawings <br />The Contract, together with the other documents enumerated in this Article IV, <br />which said other documents are as fully a part of the Contract as if hereto attached <br />or herein repeated, forms the entire Contract between the parties hereto.
