P. 2 - Mr. Joe Chlebeck <br />As you are aware from the above documents and from our prior cor- <br />respondence, the fee owners of subject property have sold the above <br />described real estate, together with adjoining property upon which <br />their homestead was located, and this tract is to be separated out <br />in the proposed plat of Warner Addition from the remaining land owned <br />by said fee owners, and the only reason at this time for the proposed <br />plat of Warner Addition and the proposed Registered Land Survey is to <br />obtain a legal description for that portion of the land sold under <br />Contract for Deed dated 6/6/75. <br />Your early attention to the above matter will be appreciated, and if <br />there are any further documents which you need in connection with the <br />above annexation, will you please so advise me. <br />I should appreciate this matter being processed at your earliest con- <br />venience. <br />WJD /vo <br />cc: Mr. C.
