MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />October 2, 1975 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the second day of October, 1975, at 8:00 P.M. at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Ralph Nardini, John Radford <br />Peter Costa, Earl Rossez, Eugene DeLonais, Eugene Fasciana, Richard <br />Ross III, Virginia Fisher. <br />The following members were absent: Ronald Blomquist, Dennis Ryan <br />Margret Mitchell. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. <br />RALPH NADEAU <br />DR. KRINKE <br />Property next to the Quebec Apartments on Country Drive. <br />One acre plus. <br />Mr. Nadeau would like to construct a retail lumber <br />compnay on said property. A petition, stating "No <br />objection ", was presented. It was signed by property <br />owners within 300 feet. <br />Plans were presented. Mr. Nadeau asked for a foot set <br />back on the south side with back of building along it. <br />Mr. Nadeau presented a letter from Mr. Edward Woody <br />stating Mr. Woody's views. Landscaping was discussed <br />and recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />SIGN: Block lettering on building <br />PARKING: In front <br />HEARING REQUIRED- rezoning needed. <br />A motion was made by Richard Boss and seconded by <br />Ralph Nardini to rezone to light industrial for Mr. <br />Ralph Nadeau. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion to accept this plot plan as shown was made by <br />Mr. Nardini and seconded by Mr. DeLonasi, with proper <br />landscaping and a 5 foot varience on the south side <br />of the property. <br />New animal hospital. <br />Wish to build a new building east of present house on <br />corner of Rice Street and County Road C. All operations <br />will be on County Road C. New building 52 x 42. <br />Stone and wood construction. Parking for 11 cars. <br />Zoned correctly. Landscaping discussed. <br />Motion made .by Eugene Fasciana and seconded by John <br />Radford that plot plan of Dr. Krinke's Clinic be accepted. <br />-all work to be done according to code. <br />4 <br />
