AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 30 1975 <br />1. APPROVAL OF BY -LAWS OF THE LITTLE CANADA FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION. <br />INTORDUCED THE FOLLOW RESOLUTION AND MOVED ITS <br />Whereas: Pursuant to Minn. Stets. sec. 69.77 Subd,2 -A- <br />each municipality shall approve the by -laws of the <br />Firs -stn's Retirement Association of that municipality <br />And, <br />Whereas: <br />Whereas: <br />The Little Canada Firemen's Retirement Association has <br />submitted for approval their by -laws which were in effect <br />through Dec. 31, 1974. And, <br />On Feb. 5, 1975, the above mentioned by -laws were <br />ascended and submitted to the Council of the City of <br />Little Canada for approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA. <br />That the by-laws of the Little Canada Firemen's <br />Retirement Association which were in effect until <br />Dec. 31. 1974 are hereby approved effective 12/31/74. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That the amendment to the by -laws are hereby <br />approved effective 2/5/75. <br />The resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Dutch Elm Disease. <br />Adjourment. <br />
