PLANNING COMMISSION VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA 440 LITTLE CANADA ROAD ST. PAUL, MINN. 55117 Minutes of the regular meeting Planning Commission - City of Little Canada August 7, 1975 The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada was held on the 7th day of August, 1975 at 8 :00 P.M. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Peter Costa, Earl Rossez, Eugene DeLonais, Margret Mitchell, Eugene Fasciana, Jack Radford, Dennis Ryan, Ronald Blomquist, Ralph Nardini. The following members were absent: Richard Boss III The minutes of the last meeting were approved. Rauenhorst Will take 1/2 of space and rent out the other half. Conn -CO 20,000 sq. feet. The building will be a little Mark Tritschler higher than freeway. The building will be decorative concrete block or precast, would be sandwich pattern. The building will be across form Levitz on Country Drive. The landscaping is not in the plans, mostly parking and grass. We recommend that the landscaping be put in the plans and also picture of the building. The entrance is by the railroad tracks and the road is 25 feet wide. Fran Husnik Jack Radford made a motion approving site plan subject to complete plans for council and landscaping should be shown. Seconded by Earl Rossez, Carried Fran Husnik wants to build a pole barn 40 x 60, about 50 feet from Country Drive. The building will be used as a garage for storage and supplies. Zoned light industrial which is proper for area. Ralph Nardini made a motion to approve. Seconded by Ronald Blomquist, Carried. The Planning Commission wants to remind the Council to clear the road by the Johnson - Mostad property by pushing the debre off of Edgerton Street. The Council should negotiate with owner, Mr. Mostad for holding pond site or else condemn the property.
