CONTRACT <br />This acreement made this , by and between <br />Metropolitan Anitd1 f•atrol Service, Inc., a ginnehota Corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as M.A.P.S.I. and the City of <br />a Municipal. Corporation located in the County of <br />, and the State of Minnesota hereinafter referred <br />to as City, witnesseth: <br />in consideration of the covenants and ,.:greements hereinafter <br />set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto <br />as follows: <br />1. This agreement shall be effective as of the <br />and shall continue in effect until <br />2, M.A.P.S.I. agrees to patrol the public streets of <br />in a vehicle specially designed for the transpor- <br />tation of small animals, in accordance with a schedule agreed <br />upon sy both paLties. <br />3. M.A.P.S.T. agrees that patrolling shall be done by compe- <br />tent personnel trained in the handling of animals, and that such <br />empicyhes shall <br />he approvej by the City's Chief of Police at <br />City's request.
