-3- <br />M,A.P.S.I, and may be disposed of or sold at their discretion. <br />Ali proceeds from the disposition of such animals may be <br />retained by *'t.A, ?.S.1., including any proceeds received from any <br />animals disposed of according to Minnesota Statutes 35.71. <br />8, The City shall furnish to M.A.P.S.I. all forms, license <br />and pound fee roc, pts and license tags as specified in the <br />ordinance, and M....P.5,1. shall keep records of all animals <br />impounded together with a description of the same. <br />9. M.A.P.S.I. shall equip all vehicles with two way radio <br />and /or other communication equipment and agrees to service and <br />maintain said equipment. <br />10. M.A.P.S.I. shall assume liability for all harm to <br />anim -1 due to its negligence or that of its agents in not <br />proper_c caring for the same, and agrees to defend any lawsuits <br />arisir,- therefrom. M_.A.P.S.I. shall defend, indemnify, and hold <br />the City harmless including its officers, employees or agents <br />from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, or expenses on <br />account of bodily injuries, sickness, disease, death and property <br />damage _nc_udi_.g _njury to animals as the result of, or alleged to <br />be the result. of M.A.P.S.T_.'s operations. Upon request, M.A.P.S.I. <br />shall provide to the City with proof of public liability insur- <br />ance including comprehensive automobile liability in an amount <br />of at least $100,000.00 per each claimant and $300,000.00 for <br />each occurrence. <br />11. M.A.P.S.I. agrees that during the period of this con- <br />tract it will not, within the State of Minnesota, discriminate <br />against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, <br />color, creed, national origin, or ancestry, and will include a <br />
