NIELSEN
Superintendent
ixce)r-TzEt
APR '4' 1975
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
Enclosed herewith is our check #1875 in the amount of $30,966.57
which constitutes payment in full for sanitary sewer and watermain
assessments listed on your invoice numbers 184, 185 and 193.
The assessments shown on invoice #183 in the amount of $10,217
are for the sanitary sewer installations on Demont and County Road 8 -2
which are on the north and southeast boundaries of our Kellogg High School
site Capitol View Junior High School built in the late 1950's and
Kellogg Senior High School, built in the early 1960's both had sanitary
sewer connections to the Roseville municipal system with the full knowledge,
cooperation and approval of the Little Canada Village Council. With the
exception of having to cross County Road B -2 the installations were done
entirely on school district property and paid for entirely with school
district funds.
The school district, therefore, objects to the assessments for
sanitary sewer against the Kellogg property on the basis of no benefit
having been received, The Little Canada City Council was fully aware
of the fact that the Kellogg site was and is adequately serviced by a
sanitary sewer which they approved and the second sanitary sewer re-
presented by these assessments serves no useful or beneficial purpose to
the Kellogg site and facility,
Thank you.
PAB /1f
Enclosure
PAGE-15
Sincerely yours,
sryi at-
Paul A.
