A county s all prepare the comer he sive plan for any town within the county <br />which fails to take action by December 31. 1975, or shall prepare all or part <br />of the plan pursuant to the delegation contained in the resolution Counties <br />preparing all or part of a comprehensive plan for a town may charge the costs and <br />egpenses for plan preparation to the torn and may apply for grants and loans <br />Pursuant to section on behalf of the towns. Counties preparing plans for <br />several contiguous or otherwise similar towns may combine the town plans. <br />Sec. 11 . Laws Minnesota 1975, Chapter 13, Section 19, is amended <br />to read: <br />Sec. 19. [473.175] [COUNCIL REVIEW; COMPREHENSIVE PLANS.] <br />Subdivision 1, The council shall review the comprehensive plans of local <br />governmental units and the capital improvement programs of school districts and <br />subsequent amendments thereto to determine their compatibility with each other <br />and conformity with metropolitan system plans.
