This refund, es- <br />_..at: to cost over 946 million in 1976, will hn _ nt7-uar 130?ense <br />in st.55te aid to municipalities and counties. Enclose:_ is an estimate <br />of the distribution of these funds for the county or counties in <br />which your district lies. <br />In a time of fiscal difficulty of local governments, it is <br />necessary for the State to take steps to relieve pressure on <br />these communities. If the State does not provide unds, local <br />communities will be forced to raise local hroaerty ,..;cg's.
