Little Canada Road <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55109 <br />Attention: Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />1 <br />TM- 2274201 <br />AMA COOS a <br />Dear Mr, Chlebeck: <br />During the month of January, the following cases were tried for the Village <br />of Little Canada: <br />1/6/75 Defendant John W. Stibbins, 311 Savage Lane, St. Paul, <br />charged with disobeying a stop sign involving a property damage <br />accident. Occurred October 29, 1974, at McMenemy and Demont <br />Roads in Little Canada, There were two witnesses for the State <br />in addition to Ramsey County Deputy Murphy; Mrs. Rose Stenger <br />and Mr. Carroll Lester. The defendant testified in his own behalf. <br />At the conclusion of the trial, the Court, Judge Kenneth Fitzpatrick, <br />found the defendant guilty and fined him $50.00 or 2 days. The <br />fine was paid. <br />To services rendered - $35.00 <br />1/29/75 Defendant 'Merrill J. Hines, 1691 Ross Street, St. Paul, <br />charged with speed and careless driving on 7/9/7.1 at 694 end <br />35 E, Rice to Highway 36 in Little Canada. This case was set for <br />a jury trial and was pre -tried in November, 1974. The defendant's <br />attorney was Dan Klas, and the matter was ,7rought before fudge <br />Joseph Summers for jury trial and the plea was negotiated and the <br />defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of speed, 80 in a `5 zone, <br />and the careless driving charge was dismissed. The defendant <br />was fined $60.00 or 3 days. The fine was Hnd. <br />To services rendered - $35.00 <br />page-1- <br />
