Minutes of the <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />440 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />ST. PAUL. MINN. 55117 <br />regular meeting: <br />Planning Coumdssion - City of Little Canada <br />December 2, 1976 <br />The regular meeting of the <br />was held on the 2nd day of December, 1975 at 8:00 p.m. at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Peter Costa, Margret <br />Mitchell, Dick Boss III, Earl Rossez, Gene DeLonais, Ralph Nardini, Jack <br />Radford, Gene Fasciana, Dennis Ryan and Joe Vitale, Jr. <br />The following members are up for reappointment for 1977: Jack Radford, <br />Ralph Nardini, Gene DeLonais, Dennis Ryan. <br />The minutes from the November meeting were approved as written. <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />RICHARD KIMMES Not Present <br />339 Little Canada Rd <br />NAACO PAINT <br />126 Little Canada Rd. <br />7,400 sq. fr., concrete block building - painted on <br />the outside with decorative blocks on the front. <br />Blacktop for parking lot. Zoning is not proper for <br />the business which is commercial. <br />The Maaco Plants in other areas are in Light Industry. <br />The Attorney said the business could either <br />Light Industry or Commercial. <br />8 to 10 cars will go through the shop when the <br />business is built up. <br />The recording of the Attorney's opinion was run <br />from the Council Meeting in November. <br />Gene DeLonais made a motion because of the difficulty <br />on Little Canada Rd. and County Rd. C to have a <br />moratorium for 90 days for further study on the <br />project as a whole. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Motion rescinded by Gene DeLonais and made a motion <br />to deny the project. <br />Seconded by Dick Boss III. <br />be <br />Motion carried: 9 - Ayes <br />2 - Naves <br />
