PAUL 55103 9t QN9 2265 <39 Until recently, rules, executive orders and official notices promulgated by the State of Minnesota have not been available in a single, up -to -date pub- lication. As a result, those persons or organizations who wanted copies of these documents have often had difficulty in acquiring them. Beginning July 1, however, a publication called the State Register will make official state documents available on a weekly basis. Established by the newly- revised Administrative Procedures Act, Minn. Stat. fl 15.0412 (1975), the State Register will be Minnesota's official publication for proposed, adopted and emergency rules, executive orders, and official notices. Once published in the State Register, these documents are presumed to be correct, true and legal copies of the originals. This new publication is intended to inform the public of rules, official notices and executive orders generated by state agencies and the Governor. As a subscriber to the State Register, you will receive a convenient weekly compilation of these documents. Included in the publication will be time - saving finding aids, such as a table of contents, numerical lists of all affected sections of existing rules and a quarterly cumulative index. Each subscriber will also receive an annual guidebook to Minnesota state agencies, which will contain organizational descriptions of all agencies and instructions on how to make use of their resources- To ensure receipt of the first issues of the State Register, please return the enclosed subscription order form and envelope to us within the next few weeks.
